There was a large and rather nasty power outage in Spotswood this evening that affected over 10,000 customers which caused disruption to services including this platform. It was a rather bad one and it knocked out INTJ Billing's infrastructure despite everything being on battery backup, UPS and APC Line-R voltage regulated. Jemena the power distributor has been contacted for more information.

Services were down for approximately 14 minutes in total.
